Shipping

All custom made items are made to order. Typically laser made ready to purchase items in the store are shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom made items require contact, and we will disclose creation and shipping time to you.

 

Any custom designed item produced for you is non-returnable. Laser and 3D Printed items are produced at the time of purchase, and will ship within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.

 

When a new product launches, shipping times may be delayed due to influx of purchases and thus creation time takes longer. When your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email.

 

All computer systems marked as ready to ship, will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

 

Any computer systems that are custom built can take up to 4 weeks for order/build/testing. Most PC's ship within 21 days of purchase, but should there be any delay, you will be contacted. If the PC is custom, or contains custom parts/products, the builds time will be delayed, but corresponded accordingly.

 

We only ship directly to personal addresses. We do NOT ship to forwarding addresses or freight forwarding companies. If you place an order and the delivery address is to a forwarding company, you will be contacted, and if you do not respond within 7 business days your order will be cancelled. NO exceptions, this is because we cannot be responsible for their shipping procedures and there is no way for them to accept responsibility for any damages that may have incurred prior to them to receiving the item. If you wish to have the item sent to an address different than the address that you used to place the order, or your billing address, you need to contact us, and sign a release form for us to send the item to another receiver, at which time we accept no fault for receipt or delivery of that item to you from the person of your choosing.

 

We ship all items insured, and adult signature required. Once the item is received, if there are any issues with shipping we need to be contacted within the first 3 days of receipt to file any shipping claims. After that it is assumed that the item arrived without any damage in shipping, and you accept all liabilities for any physical damage which is not covered under warranty.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite

You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

 

Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

For shipping damage claims, please take photos of the damaged shipping box, and items, and contact us with those photos within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 * Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

 

 * Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

 

 * Service refers to the Website.

 

 * Website refers to Lucid Gaming PC's, accessible from

 * You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company,

  or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or

  using the Service, as applicable.

 

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason

for doing so.

 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which the order was placed.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your

decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive

the return request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the

Order, and You will incur a 25% restocking fees for such reimbursement. ALL PC'S ARE BUILT TO ORDER, THUS THE 25% RE-STOCKING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

 * The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

 * The Goods are in the original packaging

 * The Goods were not used or damaged

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

 

 * The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

 * The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be

  returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

 * The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health

  protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

 * The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,

  inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet

the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods  

===============

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You will need to contact us to receive a return authorization and return to address.

 

You must first contact us and receive an RMA number, any goods/items that are sent without an RMA number will NOT be refunded.

 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable

to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received

return delivery.

 

Gifts  

=====

 

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to

you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the

returned product is received, a gift code valued at the items value minus the restocking fee will be e-mailed to You, using the email that placed the order.
